TERMS OF SERVICE

• I have the right to deny commissions when I see fit.• Clear references are needed. You don’t have to be good at art, just accurately describe in detail what you want from me so I can meet your needs.• I will send you updates throughout the process. The sketch layer is where you can modify to your hearts content, but by the time we finally agree on lining, modifying isn’t allowed. If you truly need to modify during and after the lining process, there may be an additional fee in which I will contact you about.• NOT for commercial use or NFTs.• Do NOT use my work for AI, or input any of my work.• Do NOT remove my signature.• I have the right to post your commission on my social media, but I will credit you as the owner of the character(s) if so. You also have the right to post your commission, as long as you credit me as the artist.• I may take up to three weeks on your commission, depending on the complexity and my freetime. If I exceed the time limit and you have not received your commission yet, you may contact me and ask for a refund. This applies ONLY if I have not started on your commission yet or haven’t contacted you since the initial payment.• I accept payment only through PAYPAL at the moment. Payment will be 100% upfront to avoid extra fees.• prices will be determined on what you want and the complexity of it. I’ll give you a general idea of the prices for a headshot, bust and full body, but know the price can either raise or lower depending on what’s requested.• Having 2+ characters will include an additional fee. Backgrounds will also include an additional fee, depending on the complexity.• Please make sure you 100% would like a commission from me before paying. This means by paying, you will be fully committed to following my terms of service. If you do not, you will be blacklisted.• By commissioning me you confirm that you’ve read and accepted my TOS.
